Casual Receptionist & Retail Consultant

We are looking for a self-motivated and friendly person to join us as our receptionist/administrator, with on-the-job training in the shoe retail side of the clinic, too.

This is a casual position, with a minimum of 16 hours per week, and may include some extended business hours and holiday relief.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting customers and patients
  • Open and close of business
  • Liaison with clients, doctors and other health professionals
  • Retail sales and ordering
  • Data entry
  • Invoicing
  • Electronic management of patient and podiatrist appointments
  • Sterilisation of instruments
  • Patient billing using HICAPS, EFTPOS, DVA and Medicare
  • Light general cleaning of clinic and office
  • Stock control.
  • Other duties as directed by the Business Owner or Practice Manager
